We are delighted to bring you Recognising senior Victorians again in 2022 - celebrating the lives and contributions of seniors living in aged care.
Seniors make an enormous contribution to our community and so many people living in aged care have interesting life stories to tell to enrich us all. Recognising senior Victorians is all about capturing and sharing these stories so we can all listen in and enjoy them.
This program shines a light on the efforts of both residents and staff during the global pandemic and celebrates the contributions of older Victorians throughout their lives.
Victoria’s aged care residents and staff have shown great resilience. We hope this program will also give our community a chance to celebrate the lives of residents and show their support for the aged care staff and volunteers who go above and beyond.
Recognising senior Victorians will be published here and shared with aged care facilities.
