The Victorian Seniors Card and Seniors Business Discount Card are now available as digital cards, using the Service Victoria app.
Getting a digital card is optional – you can choose either a plastic card or a digital card or both.
If you choose to get a digital card, below is some further information to support you.

- Visit and click on the virtual assistant icon at the bottom of the page and ask to chat to a person, anytime from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.

Remember to check that you have updated the Service Victoria app on your smartphone. You can update the app from Google Play or Apple App Store on your smartphone.

Remember you can use the online Seniors Card Self-Service to update your contact details or request a replacement card at any time.
