That's a wrap - thanks for watching!

In 2020 we presented the Victorian Seniors Festival reimagined. Why ‘reimagined’? With physical distancing in place, we wanted to keep everyone safe and continue to produce a great festival, so the 2020 Festival came straight to your home. Including 131 video performances and interviews with 146 performers. Radio Reimagined included 38 radio programs with 127 performers involved in creating 62 hours of audio. And there were also local online events.

We had over 160,000 visits to the website, with over 60,000 video views - and over 3,000 hours of videos watched. Our Radio Reimagined had over 11,000 listens.

Our videos were hosted by Tristan Meecham and Bec Reid from the independent arts organisation, All the Queens Men. This dynamic duo has worked with the Festival on The Coming Back Out Ball and the LGBTI Dance Clubs.

We had a lot of fun creating and reimagining the Festival for you and we hope you enjoy it. We'll be back in 2021 with the 39th festival and look forward to seeing you soon!
