Terms and conditions

  • Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
  • Entry is open to all Victorian Seniors Card holders and Seniors Business Discount Card holders. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. One entry per person.
  • Free 10 double passes are up for grabs to see FreeSteps – Swinging Years as part of the 2025 Melbourne Fringe Festival.
  • Winners are entitled to one double pass (2 tickets) to see FreeSteps – Swinging Years on Thursday 16 October 2025 at 5:45 pm at the Meat Market in North Melbourne.
  • Entries will be open from Tuesday 2 September 2025 to 11:59pm on Sunday 14 September 2025.
  • To be included in the draw, you will need to have clicked on the ‘Click here to enter the FreeSteps – Swinging Years competition’ link within the Seniors Card e-News by 11:59pm on Sunday 14 September 2025.
  • Winners will be drawn at random on Monday 15 September 2025 and will be notified via email by Wednesday 17 September 2025.
  • If the winners cannot be contacted or claim the prize by 11:59 pm on Tuesday 23 September, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner/s and pick replacement winner/s. Unclaimed passes will be redrawn on Thursday 25 September 2025.
  • The promoter or the Seniors Card program will not be liable for a winner who cannot be contacted or claim the prize within the time period and therefore forfeits their prize.
  • Passes cannot be changed for a different exhibition or exchanged for cash.
  • Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion offered by Melbourne Fringe Festival.
  • All winners’ names will be published on the Seniors Online Congratulations 2025 winners’.
