The Seniors Card program is required to comply with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 in relation to the collection and management of your personal information. All your personal information is collected and managed in strict accordance with Victoria’s Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.

The Seniors Card program collects and uses your personal information for the purpose of administering the program. This includes mailing your Seniors Card, government information and special offers from participating business, to you.

The Seniors Card program is a Victorian Government initiative in partnership with participating businesses. From time to time, participating businesses present special offers.

Electronic direct mail are special offers made by participating businesses of the Seniors Card Program. Seniors Card holders may receive up to 14 special offers over a twelve month period.
