Willows information sessions

Learn how to:

• access and navigate My Aged Care
• appoint a support person in My Aged Care and talk a little about the importance of having up-to-date care planning and documentation
• access and upload information to My Health Record
• access and complete financial assessments required for accessing aged care services online.

We’ll provide information around Westmont’s new communication pathway via text and emails for newsletters and surveys. There will be a brief discussion about support at home if time allows.

We will provide a morning or afternoon tea after each session where you can chat to staff one on one about any issues or concerns or seek further information regarding other aged care matters.

Booking required for room size and tea provision. All ability access.
