• the different types and levels of support available
• how to access aged care services
• what the assessment process involves
• what to expect when seeking assistance.

The session will also introduce the Care Finder service, which supports people who are vulnerable, socially isolated, or who do not have someone to advocate for their behalf.

This is for anyone seeking support for themselves, a family member, or someone they care for, helping them feel more informed and confident.
