Daoyin Yangsheng 12 movements is a series of exercises which combines physical movement, mental cultivation together with regulated breathing.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Bring a water bottle and a towel.
The practice of these exercises brings about
- increased muscular efficiency and coordination,
- improved breathing and blood flow,
- greater flexibility,
- a higher level internal balance, and
- harmony and improved immune system
