Daoyin Yangsheng 12 movements is a series of exercises which combines physical movement, mental cultivation together with regulated breathing.

Wear comfortable clothes.

Bring a water bottle and a towel.

The practice of these exercises brings about

  • increased muscular efficiency and coordination,
  • improved breathing and blood flow,
  • greater flexibility,
  • a higher level internal balance, and
  • harmony and improved immune system
