Spring wildflower walk at Bay Road Heathland Sanctuary

Bay Road Heathland Sanctuary is a 2.18 hectare conservation reserve with the closest remnant of sand heathland to Melbourne's CBD and open to the public during our spring wildflower walks.

Our tours run every 15 minutes during the session time, based on demand and guide availability, and last for approximately half an hour.

There's no need to register. Just turn up and join in.

Remember to bring a hat and water bottle and wear sturdy shoes, as paths are unsealed and accessibility is limited.

Please note that there is no parking available on Bay Road, so visitors are advised to park on the side roads; Highland Ave, Marshall Ave and Sydenham St.
