Join us for a workshop designed to help people prepare for future health, legal, and personal decisions. It's delivered in an easy-to-understand format.

Planning ahead becomes increasingly important as people age. This session provides clear and practical information about:

• enduring powers of attorney
• supportive attorneys
• medical decision-making
• advanced care directives.

You will have the opportunity to begin creating an advanced care directive. This involves thinking about who's the best person to make decisions on your behalf.

You will receive a copy of the Take Control booklet to take home.
