Event details

Life presents many different circumstances. As people age it’s important to have planned to cover future circumstances.

This Planning Ahead session presents information in a simple and interactive way on Enduring Powers of Attorney, Supportive Attorney and Medical Decision Making. During the session, participants have the opportunity to commence an Advanced Care Directive and consider who might be the most suitable person to appoint as an attorney or Medical Decision Maker.

The Take Control booklet will be available at the session as well as other printed resources for participants. Presented by Seniors Rights Victoria.

Tea and coffee-making facilities provided.

The room used for this session, and toilets, are wheelchair and low mobility accessible. However, we recommend anyone with accessibility needs contact Castlemaine Community House to discuss their requirements.
