Enjoy heart-healthy movements and enhance your coordination, control and strength, all from your lounge room.
Class is free – just roll out your mat!
This class is aimed at anyone who wants to improve their core strength and reduce back pain, and includes time to chat with Bree before and after class if you want to talk about your personal fitness goals and how Third Age Fitness can help you.
