Lake Wallace parkrun – bring a neighbour

All participants are encouraged to invite a neighbour, relative, or friend to parkrun.

If they are not keen to walk the course:

• let them know about the volunteer roles, or;
• they could simply join parkrun community at the finishing point to meet new people and cheer participants over the line.

Hear from a guest speaker after the parkrun.

Everyone of all abilities is welcome: gophers, walkers, runners, or volunteers.
