Tai Chi (Taijiquan in Chinese) is a martial art that has been practiced in China since the 16th Century. Qigong refers to energy and breath work and dates back thousands of years. These practices are a tranquil and graceful way of keeping fit, improving your health, and helping to prevent the stresses and strains of modern living.
Classes include:
- Qigong breathing and meditation techniques
- strength, flexibility, balance
- coordination exercises
- working with forms.
The classes are created as the perfect mind-body exercise program based on well-researched and tested guidelines from the some of the best sport universities, organisations and professionals in China and Australia.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Classes are fully accessible.
You don't need to bring anything. Just wear loose, comfortable clothing.
