Be ready to save a life with the Call Push Shock program — an empowering, hands-on session that teaches you how to respond confidently in a cardiac emergency.

Learn how to overcome common barriers to taking action. Remember the three simple steps that make all the difference:

  • Call Triple Zero (000),
  • Push hard and fast on the patient’s chest, and;
  • Shock their heart using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Using an interactive heart prop and information mat, we will demonstrate the importance of CPR and early defibrillation. Participants will gain practical experience, confidence, and the ability to act quickly under pressure.

Stay safe and healthy this summer with our Heat Health presentation on:

  • heat-related illnesses,
  • staying hydrated,
  • creating heat-safe environments,
  • understanding signs of heat stress, and;
  • protecting vulnerable groups such as:
    • older adults,
    • young children, and;
    • people with existing health conditions.

Whether you’re preparing for a hot summer ahead or live in a region prone to heatwaves, this session will help you stay cool, safe, and informed.
