Qigong refers to energy and breath work and dates back thousands of years. It’s a tranquil and graceful way of keeping fit, improving your health, and helping to prevent the stresses and strains of modern living.
Classes include Qigong breathing and meditation techniques; strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises; and forms.
The classes are created as the perfect mind-body exercise program for all Australians based on well-researched and tested guidelines from the best sport universities, organisations and professionals in China and Australia.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You don't need to bring anything. Just wear loose, comfortable clothing. This class is fully accessible.
