Forget Me Not Cafe - Tooradin

The Forget-Me-Not Café provides carers and their loved ones living with dementia residing in the rural areas of Casey an opportunity to explore, engage, connect and socialise with others.

The café offers music, morning tea and activities, as well as opportunities to interact with others in similar situations, and engage with health services.The major focus of the program is to increase social connectedness, provide support by connecting carers to others with lived experience and community agencies.

A regular Forget Me Not Cafe runs at Kooweerup Regional Health service bi monthly and this is a good introduction to what will become a not to be missed event.

The cafe will be located in Tooradin for the Positive Ageing Festival to extend access to the cafe for this period.
