Emergency management talk – Kaniva

Come along and listen to the Municipal Recovery Manager for the West Wimmera Shire, Michelle Ellis, discuss the practical things seniors can do to prepare themselves before and during an emergency.

Michelle will also speak on:

• how the Shire prepares for emergency situations by liaising with nearby Councils, so we have access to more equipment and manpower, and;
• what to do with your pets in an emergency.

This is a great opportunity to ask questions and be informed prior to summer.

This event is being held at the Kaniva Day Centre, at the Kaniva Hospital. This event is accessible for people with a disability.
