Easy gardening: make a seed shaker

Learn how to make a seed shaker to help you easily plant your spring flowers.

You’ll choose seeds from a variety of flowers, mix them with sand, and place the mixture into a glass jar.

The jar will be labelled so it’s ready to use when you’re planting.

The sand helps spread the seeds evenly, making them easier to sow without the seeds sticking together or being planted too close.
