Community dance and arts day

Come for one session or stay all day! Choose your own art form or try them all, or simply come and observe. Inclusive, joyful, and designed for older adults to express, move, and connect.

Here's what to expect:

• 10:00–11.30am: Workshop with Creaky Dance Ensemble
• 12:30–1:00pm: Dance for drawing and creative writing
• 1:30–2:45pm Dance with live musicians (bring your own instrument)

Light refreshments provided.

Accessible access ramp and disabled toilet at the venue. Light refreshments.
