Close to completely giving up on her artistic career, Lori is approached by the estranged children of renowned painter Julian Sklar with an offer to forge his abandoned paintings so they can collect the inheritance once he passes. She accepts. Ingratiating herself into Julian’s life under the guise of being an assistant, Lori engages in a constant battle of wits, twists, and shifting allegiances, revealing hard truths about artistic integrity.
