Relax, stretch, and strengthen at our gentle and supportive chair yoga session, designed especially for seniors and those with limited mobility.
This inclusive class makes the benefits of yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or fitness level. Using a sturdy chair for support, you’ll be guided through a series of safe and effective movements that help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and circulation — all while reducing stress and enhancing mental wellbeing.
The session includes seated and optional standing postures, simple breathing exercises, and a short guided relaxation to leave you feeling calm and refreshed. Our experienced instructor ensures everyone is comfortable and able to participate at their own pace in a welcoming and friendly environment. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
