Chatty Cafe and barbecue at Castlemaine Botanical Gardens

You're invited to a warm and friendly gathering at the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens to enjoy each other's company with a barbecue, drinks and nibbles.

Facilitated by the Get Connected Community Connector, our Chatty Cafes are regular local gatherings run by Get Connected Mount Alexander, offering an opportunity to gather, meet new people or old friends, and connect socially.

Cycling Without Age Castlemaine volunteer pilots will be in attendance with its trishaws. Have a ride if you haven't had one yet. It is a great way to get around.

Meeting point: Under the big barbecue gazebo next to the kids playground. If driving, head north on Downes Road and use the second carpark on the left.

What to bring: Food and drinks to share if you can, as well as a camp chair.
