No experience is required.
Warm up, barre, and centre work is included in this session.
We will complete short exercises to music that reinforce the positions and movements of the body, essential to ballet as an art form.
More details:
- Bring a drink bottle
- Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and breath in
- Soft soles shoes are preferred but socks or sport shoes are okay
Light refreshments to follow after the class.
