COTA Victoria's Care Finder program helps the most vulnerable older people who would not be able to arrange aged care services without intensive support, and who do not have a carer or support person who can help.
In celebration of the Victorian Seniors Festival 2024, our experienced team will offer their time to assist you.
They will be providing older Victorians with personalised Aged Care Navigation and support via:
- phone call
- Microsoft Teams
- Zoom.
Services are free, providing you with personalised, independent information and guidance so that you can access the right aged care services for you.
