Active Melbourne - water safety

This interactive workshop is being held in partnership with Life Saving Victoria. It is designed to help seniors from all backgrounds and cultures learn about safety around water environments.

The session will include identifying aquatic dangers, how to use a life jacket and how to perform a reach rescue without entering the water.

Lunch will be provided after the session to give all participants the chance to socialise. All equipment related to the session will be provided.
