Active Melbourne - Aqua aerobics class

To celebrate Victorian Seniors Feistval, we're offering a free aqua aerobics class for seniors to try! Jump in the warm water at our outdoor pool and enjoy a fun workout in gorgeous surroundings. This is a great class for people with joint issues. Refreshments will be provided after the class

Refreshments will be provided after the session to give all participants the chance to socialise. We have a ramp available into the pool, for participants with mobility issues.
