Originally from Deniliquin, Nic was inspired by the University of Wollongong student newspaper to give journalism a go.

Despite doing a degree in psychology he quickly found himself in the world of journalism covering a huge range of topics.

After making the transition to the world of online reporting he moved into radio. He now excels as one of the ABCs most popular presenters.
