Are you subscribed to the Seniors Card e-Newsletter? Here are some tips on how to navigate and use your email correctly, or complete common tasks.

Sometimes there is more information available to you than what you will see in your e-Newsletter.
If you are interested in reading more about a particular story, here's how:
- If you haven't already, open the most recent e-Newsletter you have received.
- Look for the story you are interested in.
- Look to see if there is a hyperlink in the story you are interested in. (If there is, it will be underlined and in the colour blue).
- Click on this hyperlink. (After you have clicked it, it will open up a web-page with the additional content for you to read).

- Open the most recent e-Newsletter you have received.
- Scroll down to the end of your email newsletter.
- Look for the 'Unsubscribe' hyperlink (It will be underlined and in the colour blue).
- Click on the 'Unsubscribe' hyperlink (After you have clicked it, it will open up a web-page).
- Type your email address in the field labelled 'Email address (required)*'
- Press the 'Submit' button (Once you have submitted, a new page will pop up telling you that your unsubscribe was successful).
- You will also receive an email from the Victorian Seniors Card Program telling you that your unsubscribe was successful.

You will need to re-subscribe to the Seniors Card e-Newsletter. To do this, you can follow these steps:
- On the Seniors Online homepage, look for 'Seniors Card' in the dark blue menu.
- Move your mouse to this location - a white menu will then show up, with more options.
- In this white menu, click on 'Manage your card'.
- Follow the links to 'Subscribe to e-News'.
- This will take you to the Subscribe form for the Seniors Card e-Newsletter.
- Follow the prompts to subscribe.
- Press the 'Submit' button. (Once you have submitted, a new page will pop up telling you that your subscription was successful).
Please note: Don't forget to have your Seniors Card with you when you subscribe. You will need your Seniors Card number to subscribe successfully.

- Open the most recent e-Newsletter you have received.
- Look for the Quick Links section at the top of your e-Newsletter. (It is at the very top - under the text that says 'Not displaying correctly? Click to view online').
- Look for the 'Forward email' hyperlink (It will be underlined and in the colour blue).
- Click on the 'Forward email' hyperlink (After you have clicked it, it will open up a web-page).
- Follow the prompts to 'Send to a friend'. You will need email addresses and names to complete this task.
- Press the 'Submit' button. (Once you have submitted, a new page will pop up telling you that you successfully sent your email to your friend(s)).
Please note: You can only use the 'Send to a friend' functionality once per newsletter.
