Every day, we come across things in our community that need attention but knowing who to report the issue to can be confusing. That’s where the Snap Send Solve comes in. It allows you to snap a quick photo, add some notes and submit your report to the right authority.
Snap Send Solve is now used by many local councils and utilities providers across Victoria. All local councils can receive reports from Snap Send Solve.
How it works
To get started with the Snap Send Solve app:
- Download the app from the Apple or Google
- Open the app on your phone
- Click on the Snap button in the middle of the menu at the bottom of your screen. It will prompt you to take photo or upload a photo
- The app will use the location data from the photo to show where the issue is – you can check or change the location as needed
- Search for and select a related incident type
- Add any notes to your report about the issue
- Send your report!
Your report will go to the correct authority, which could be your local council or utilities companies.
Contact your local council
All local councils can be contacted by community members to raise local issues. Some local councils also have their own smartphone apps or websites where you can make a report.
