Tips and guidance

  • Check you’ve entered your Seniors Card number or Victorian Carer Card number and last name exactly as they appear on your card.

    Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your details.

    If still not successful, call the Seniors Card program on 1300 797 210.

  • You may need to clear your browsing history cache and cookies.

    Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can fix many website problems:

    On a computer:

    1. Open a browser (like Chrome).
    2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).

  • Make sure you are logged in with your Seniors Card or Victorian Carer Card details.

    If you can’t add items to your cart, try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in.
