His adaptable approach combines evidence-based techniques with his own experience of mental illness, as well as what he has learned from client experiences. He wants to be seen as a human being just like his clients, with his own journey, virtues, flaws, and eccentricities. He works with a range of matters in mental health and personal development, with special interests in trauma, relational concerns, life transitions, communication, and life skills.
