John provides life coaching and personal development services via telephone and video conference, and helps people to overcome challenges and make changes in their lives. Drawing on a rich base of knowledge and experience, including as a para-professional therapist and social worker and managing his own turmoil, John eschews extravagance, vague claims, and expensive packages for tested strategies based on real experience in demanding situations. Introductory consultations are free of charge and obligation, and 60- and 90-minute appointments are available.
