The Practical Doula

The Practical Doula supports older people and their families to prepare for end-of-life with confidence, choice and peace of mind. We provide compassionate guidance with end-of-life conversations, advance care planning, practical preparation and emotional support, helping people make informed choices and ensure their wishes are known. We also support families who wish to explore options such as dying at home, creating a meaningful end-of-life experience, and spending time with their loved one after death through a home vigil. We believe end-of-life can be a time of meaning, connection and choice, and we support individuals and families to create an experience that reflects their values and wishes.
