My Senior IT is a family business that helps older people feel comfortable and confident with their everyday technology. We visit people in their homes across Melbourne’s northern, inner eastern and inner western suburbs to sort out computer issues, set up new devices, answer questions and provide simple one to one training. Every visit is relaxed and patient, with clear explanations and no jargon. We also run practical workshops in retirement villages to help people stay safe online and recognise scams.
