To be eligible for the discount on the property management fee you must hold a valid Victorian Seniors Discount Card, be the owner of the property and enter into an Exclusive Letting and/or Managing Agency Authority with McNeill Real Estate. The property must be managed exclusively by McNeill Real Estate for a period of not less than 12 months continuously.
