This beautifully transformed Cottage can comfortably accommodate 7 guests in 3 bedrooms. It has a central bathroom with a bath, separate laundry and toilet. The Living/Dining room leads into the front kitchen which overlooks the Glistening Waters of Port Phillip Bay. There is a rear-facing undercover patio should you decide to enjoy outdoor dining on those warmer nights. The property is situated on a Large grassy block with ample space to pitch a tent, parking and Watercraft. The boat ramp is only a few hundred metres away plus an easy short stroll to the popular “Provincia” cafe and Tassells Cove off-leash Dog beach. Please note a minimum stay of 2 nights and a cleaning fee applies to all reservations.
