Terms and conditions
- 20 x double passes are up for grabs for a return trip on Port Phillip Ferries from Docklands to Portarlington, or Portarlington to Docklands.
- Entries will be open from 30 September 2024 to 11.59pm on 6 October 2024. To be included in the draw, you will need to have clicked on the "Thank you for entering the Port Phillip Ferries competition" link within the Seniors Card e-News by 11.59pm on 6 October 2024.
- Winners will be drawn at random on Monday 7 October 2024 with winners contacted on Tuesday 8 October from the prize draw. Unclaimed passes will be redrawn by Tuesday 15 October 2024. Winners will receive their double pass for a return ferry trip to Portarlington via Express Post.
- Winners are entitled to 1 x double pass for Port Phillip Ferries. This pass enables 2 people to travel return (at the same time) on Port Phillip Ferries from Docklands to Portarlington, or Portarlington to Docklands.
- Passes are valid only on regular ferry services and not applicable for special cruises, packages, or services outside the standard timetable.
- Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within 12 months of issue, after which they will become void. Passes cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used by the prize winner only. Port Phillip Ferries is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets.
- Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion offered by Port Phillip Ferries.
- All winners’ names will be published on the Seniors Online Congratulations 2024 winners page.
