Tai Chi offers a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, focussing on gentle, flowing movements and deep breathing techniques.
You will practice a series of slow, deliberate postures designed to improve balance, mobility and mental clarity.
This session will be led by an experienced Tai Chi/Qi Gong instructor from the local YMCA, Anna.
Suitable for all fitness levels and adults aged 18+ years.
