Come and try Tai Chi, a gentle program focusing on fluid movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo.
The degree of exertion can be easily adjusted, making it suitable for people of all levels of ability.
Safety is built into the program and you can exercise at your own pace, seated and/or standing.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes with toes and heels in.
Remember your water bottle!
