Tai Chi is a recreational fitness form of flowing movements designed to exercise and develop the body and mind in unison.
The movements are performed in a slow dream-like pace, with deep concentration and diaphragmatic breathing to transport one into a state of tranquil relaxation.
Tai Chi utilizes the principle of non-physical exertion and internal organ exercise by way of corrective breathing, controlled stretching and gentle artistic movement to improve strength and balance.
Wear comfortable clothing, shoes and bring a water bottle!
