Exercise keeps our bones strong, our ligaments flexible, can improve our balance, and reduce the risk of falls or injuries. It can also act as an anti-depressant, and provide opportunities for social connection through group exercise.
But sometimes it's hard to know where to start, or to find a kind of exercise that you enjoy.
That's where the team from Inspiro come in!
In this presentation, they will take you through all the benefits of exercise, and show you some of the options that are open to you, even if you are someone who doesn't typically enjoy exercising.
