This session aims to assist community members in navigating and using the myGov platform effectively.

Bridges Connecting Communities is proudly hosting Services Australia, who will offer limited time slots to support seniors from the City of Knox or South West Yarra Ranges in accessing, linking services or troubleshooting any challenges you may be encountering.

Please bring your personal device and myGov log in details (email address and password) along with some personal ID and receive assistance from Services Australia to get you up and running on the platform.

Limited spaces available between 9.30am – 12.00pm and appointments will be for between 15-20 minutes maximum.

Bookings essential.

Tea and coffee provided.
