Intergenerational Dance for Semiors – The Australian Ballet education and outreach

The sessions include options for moving independently, using a chair or the support of a partner.

The workshops are suitable for:

• Seniors who are interested in taking part in a gentle and fun form of exercise
• Those interested in a creative and expressive activity
• All abilities- beginners and those with experience.

Participants with all activity levels are catered for.

The class is designed to provide a gentle, structured and enjoyable dance experience centred around the characters and music of Alice in Wonderland.

Morning tea provided.
