Tai Chi (Taijiquan in Chinese) is literally an internal Chinese Martial Art that has been practiced in China since the 16th Century.

Qigong is “Energy/Breath Work” that dates back thousands of years. They are a tranquil and graceful way of keeping fit, improving your health, and helping to prevent the stresses and strains of modern living.

Classes include Qigong breathing and meditation techniques; strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises; and forms.

The classes are created as the perfect mind-body exercise program for all Australians based on well-researched and tested guidelines from the best sport universities, organisations and professionals in China and Australia.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring your water bottle.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
