Tai Chi (Taijiquan in Chinese) is literally an internal Chinese Martial Art that has been practiced in China since the 16th Century. It’s a tranquil and graceful way of keeping fit, improving your health, and helping to prevent the stresses and strains of modern living. Classes include Qigong breathing and meditation techniques; strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises; and forms.
