Free information session - Rail safety and travel training

This session will focus on:

• safety
• myki – purchase
• touch on/off and top up
• where to find help/assistance
• safe people in uniform
• accessibility
• concessions
• new technology around timetabling and journey planning etc.

Travel Training involves a member/s of our team, along with Victoria Police, taking a group on a return journey from their local station into Flinders St. Upon arrival at Flinders St, the group is taken to ‘Info Central’ and Travellers Aid to meet the staff and find out anything further they’d like to know.

My staff, along with Victoria Police then escort the group to Federation Square for a coffee (at own cost) and chat before returning the group to their station of choice.
