Planning for purpose and wellbeing in your retirement
Often people focus heavily on the financial planning, and brush-over other important aspects of preparing for retirement.
This one-hour session is an opportunity to consider how you want to use the 168 hours per week you’ll have at your disposal in retirement.
You’ll be invited to consider which activities that maintain your personal resources. And drawing on the science of Positive Psychology, you will learn the elements of living a happy and meaningful life, to help you shape a retirement that’s right for you.
It is not a workshop about financial planning, but rather an opportunity to ask yourself; "what do I want this part of my life to be about?"
Led by Bri Hayllar, Psychologist and Career Coach, and owner of Flourish Careers & Coaching, this session is an opportunity to get you thinking about your retirement planning.
