Coonara Community House Open Day

Come along to our Open Day showcasing interactive health and wellbeing activities.

Our morning will include three short taster sessions including:

1. Join the growing cultural trend called Superfoods! We will be making Bliss Balls together. A quick and easy snack with an emphasis on health and nutrition.
2. Home Instead - Valuable information on Understanding Aged Care, funding opportunities, immediate care options and over 75's assessments for the My Aged Care referral process.
3. Try your hand at creating a water colour painting gift card! Relax and unwind as you learn a new skill!

Let's end our event with a special morning tea of scones, jam and cream with a selection of calming teas!
