Register now to receive your Victorian Seniors Card off-peak travel vouchers

Victorian Seniors Card holders need to opt-in to receive their annual allocation of free travel vouchers by registering at the PTV website.

Once you’ve registered, you can soon (mid to late 2022) redeem your allocation of vouchers:

•by phone (call Public Transport Victoria on 1800 800 007);
•online; or
•at a staffed station by providing the customer reference number you registered with.

You only need to register once.

Redeem your free travel vouchers for:

– two off-peak V/Line singles or day return, just go to a staffed V/Line station or ticket agent.

More information about changes to the free off-peak travel vouchers and the new booking process will be provided throughout 2022.

Registered recipients will receive further instructions by post in mid-2022. However, if your details change after you have registered, contact Public Transport Victoria on 1800 800 007.
